The Peitian AIR6SC-600 is a small, agile 4-axis Chinese SCARA robot engineered for high-speed, precise pick-and-place and rapid handling applications where an ultra-compact footprint and lightweight body are the defining priorities. With a 6 kg maximum payload, a 600 mm reach, and a position repeatability of ±0.015 mm on axes 1+2, it delivers outstanding accuracy and responsiveness in a robot body weighing just 20.1 kg — the lightest model in the entire Peitian SCARA lineup and one of the most compact Chinese SCARA robots available in Europe.
Sharing the same core architecture as the AIR6SC-750, the AIR6SC-600 is optimised for applications where the work envelope is inherently compact and cycle speed is the primary objective. With a combined axes 1+2 speed of 7,300 mm/s and an axis 4 rotational speed of 2,300°/s, it delivers short cycle times and fluid motion for rapid part transfer, small component assembly and conveyor feeding tasks. Despite its minimal arm length, the 600 mm reach provides a generous working radius relative to the robot’s own footprint — maximising the usable work envelope without increasing the installation area.
The integrated dressing design routes all cables and pneumatic lines internally through the arm, eliminating external corrugated hoses that would otherwise interfere with tooling, fixtures or surrounding equipment. The small arm interface provides 20 user IO channels and 2 pneumatic ports (φ6) directly at the end effector, simplifying gripper integration and keeping the cell layout clean and serviceable. The Z-stroke is available in two variants — 200 and 300 mm — covering the most common vertical clearance requirements for compact assembly and handling tasks.
Controlled by the ultra-compact Peitian inCube2S-6 controller, the AIR6SC-600 is one of the simplest and most space-efficient Chinese robots to deploy in both new and existing production lines. Floor-mount only, it is ideal for benchtop-level automation, inline conveyor feeding and small-component assembly cells where every centimetre of space counts.
