The Peitian AIR12SC-1000 is a high-speed, high-rigidity 4-axis Chinese SCARA robot engineered for precise, fast-cycle assembly, handling and pick-and-place automation across a wide 1000 mm work envelope. An optional drip-proof and dust-proof version (IP54) makes the AIR12SC-1000 suitable for operation in environments affected by humidity, dust and oil mist, while the optional ceiling-mount configuration enables overhead installation to maximise usable floor space.
The Z-stroke is available in four variants — 200, 300, 400 and 600 mm — allowing the robot to be precisely tailored to the vertical clearance of each specific application. Controlled by the compact Peitian inCube2S-20 controller, the AIR12SC-1000 integrates seamlessly into both new and existing production lines.
