The Peitian AIR165-2700 is a 6-axis Chinese industrial robot specifically engineered for automobile spot welding applications, with a 165 kg payload and a 2700 mm reach. Unlike standard handling robots, the AIR165-2700 features a slim wrist design and an integrated dress package that keeps welding cables and water/gas hoses close to the robot body — minimising interference, cable wear and splashing damage in complex welding environments.
Capable of rapid short-distance movement during continuous spot welding, achieving 50mm displacement within 0.5s, it delivers the speed and precision required for high-complexity automotive production lines.
With a position repeatability of ±0.1mm and IP65 forearm protection, it is built to operate reliably in harsh welding environments.
Compatible with the ARC5-280 controller.
