Teach Pendant
Description
Peitian Teach Pendant: Industrial-Grade Controller for Chinese Robots
The Peitian Teach Pendant is the dedicated handheld programming and control interface for the full range of Peitian Chinese robots. Designed from the ground up for demanding industrial environments, it combines an intuitive operator experience with the rugged build quality required for continuous use on the factory floor — making it the ideal companion for every Chinese robot in the Peitian lineup, from compact welding models to large-payload manipulators.
At the heart of the teach pendant is an 8.4-inch true colour industrial-grade touchscreen that delivers sharp, clear visuals in all lighting conditions — whether in a bright assembly hall or a dimly lit welding cell. The responsive touch interface allows operators to program, jog, and monitor their Chinese industrial robot with precision and confidence, significantly reducing setup and changeover times.
The multi-language switching functionality makes the Peitian Teach Pendant a genuinely global tool. Operators across different sites and regions can work in their preferred language without reconfiguration, while the built-in authority management system ensures that access to critical robot parameters is controlled and auditable — an essential feature in multi-operator production environments.
Ergonomics have been a central design priority. The teach pendant’s layout follows an ergonomic design philosophy that reduces operator fatigue during extended programming sessions, with well-positioned controls and a balanced weight distribution that makes single-handed operation comfortable and secure. The interface itself has been engineered for a user-friendly experience, guiding operators through robot programming workflows intuitively — minimising training time and reducing the risk of input errors.
Despite its advanced feature set, the teach pendant remains lightweight and solid — built to withstand the vibration, dust, temperature variation, and accidental impacts that are inevitable in real industrial settings. It is designed to operate reliably wherever Peitian robots are deployed, from plastic injection moulding facilities and automotive production lines to shipbuilding yards and metal fabrication workshops.
